Service was great. Rooms need work.
I was given their highest end room, and found it to be very pleasant. The current managers are a pleasure, and their staff seems to do a good job. I think the only aspect of the room I didn't like was the shower head. Although it had multiple settings, none of them really hit the spot - but this is, of course, opinion.
The room was very clean and the location is perfect for visiting the Letchworth State Park. Front desk was very quick and friendly. I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area.
This place sucks. Looks nice, but the rooms are old and expensive. The worst part is the people who work behind the counter. The whole staff shares 2 brain cells and can't even grasp how to spell customer service... let alone offer it to their guests.
Drive the extra 20 minutes and stay in Cuba.
We enjoyed our stay here when we went for Honors Weekend with our daughter. They will give you a discount your first visit and they are really very, very helpful. Clean, large, comfortable rooms and you can't beat the price vs. driving out to the tundra!!! lol.
